Elizabeth Olsen, John Boyega, Jennifer Lawrence, & Andrew Garfield Attend Deadline’s The Contenders Event

Deadline’s The Contenders event was held in Los Angeles earlier today, November 4, to help kick off the upcoming award season. For this year’s event, some of our favorite young stars came out to promote their films and chat about the award season.

John Boyega was on hand to chat about his recent film Detroit with his director Kathryn Bigelow while Jennifer Lawrence hit the stage to promote her last film mother!. Elizabeth Olsen was joined by Jeremy Renner to chat about Wind River while Andrew Garfield promoted his new drama Breathe.

It will be interesting to see which films earn nominations this year!
