Niall Horan visited Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia, PA today, December 6. Niall was at the hospital to visit Seacrest Studios and meet some of the patients staying at the hospital.

Niall is in Philadelphia to take part in Q102’s Jingle Ball happening tonight. Niall has already appeared at a number of Jingle Ball tour stops since it began earlier this month.
