Selena Gomez was spotted hitting the waves in Mexico today, December 30. Selena and her friends are in the country to celebrate the New Year.

No word on if Justin Bieber will be joining her for the Holiday, but her ex-boyfriend, Samuel Krost is there with her and her friends. We will have to wait and see if Justin will join her.
