Screen Media Acquires Rights to Josie starring Sophie Turner

Screen Media has announced that they have acquired the US rights to Sophie Turner’s new film, Josie. Sophie is joined in the film, once named Huntsville, by Dylan McDermott, and Jack Kilmer.

The film follows the tattooed, sweet-talking stranger Josie (Turner) who, upon arriving to a small, southern town, strikes up relationships with a local young punk Marcus (Kilmer) and her loner neighbor Hank (McDermott). She quickly becomes a hot topic of local gossip but her true intentions for arriving in town are far more sinister when her dark past comes to light.

The company will release the film to theaters this coming March. An actual date has yet to be announced, but we will keep you updated.
