The Stars from Black Lightning, The Flash, Legends, Gotham & Supergirl Invade DC for DC in DC 2018

Today, January 13, cast members from our favorite DCTV shows invaded Washington, D.C. for the first event DC in DC 2018 event. The event featured a variety of different panels that focused on current issues and how they are portrayed in the comic and TV world.

Caity Lotz, Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Brandon J. Routh, Dave Harewood, Cress Williams and the entire cast of Gotham were all on hand to take part in the event. Caity, Candice, Danielle, Brandon, Cress, Erin Richards, Jessica Lucas, Camren Bicondova, Chris Chalk and Cress sat on different panels throughout the day, while the Gotham cast and the Black Lightning cast took part in fan signings.

“The Many Shades of Heroism: DC Heroes Through the African-American Lens” and the “Wonder Women” panel were our two favorite panels from the event. Each was filled with some pretty amazing panelists and they both left the audience members feeling inspired and empowered.

It was a great day for those in Washington, D.C., who do not usually get events like these. Hopefully, DC Comics and Warner Brothers TV will bring the event back to our Nation’s Capital next year.
