Demi Lovato made a guest appearance on Good Morning America this morning, March 16. The young singer joined her mom, Diana, to help her promote her new book.

During their interview, Demi chatted about her sobriety, her mom being an inspiration to her, the change she has seen in her over the years, and so much more. Demi’s mom’s book, Falling With Wings: A Mother’s Story is out now.
