Siren Makes a Splash at Wondercon

Freeform brought their brand new series, Siren to Wondercon today, March 24 in Anaheim, CA. Eline Powell, Alex Roe, Rena Owen and Sibongile Mlambo were all on hand to chat about their new series.

During the panel, fans got an exclusive first look at the series, as well as some inside scoop on the show. It was revealed during the panel, the mermaids introduced in the series are the top predators of the sea and Ryn (Powell) will literally be a fish out of water when she comes to Bristol Cove.

It was also revealed that Rena’s character, Helen is the only person who believes that mermaids exist, but now that Ryn has appeared, people’s beliefs will change.

The show will premiere this coming Thursday, March 29 on Freeform!
