Lucy Hale surprised a number of her fans today, March 26, when she revealed the apparent inspiration behind her song, “Lie a Little Better”. The song was featured on Lucy’s debut album, Road Between in 2014.

According to the star, the song was about her Pretty Little Liars costar, Drew Van Acker. Drew played Jason, Allison’s older brother and a love interest to Lucy’s character, Aria. Many fans speculated that Drew may have been the inspiration behind the song and now we have proof.
