Colin Donnell will be appearing in an upcoming episode of Arrow. The Chicago Med star will be appearing in Episode 21 of the series.

It looks like Colin will be appearing in a flashback scene, but I am still hoping he will make an appearance in the future. I don’t know how, but they need to make that happen.
