Colin Donnell Returns in New Promo for Arrow “Docket No. 11-19-41-73”

The promo for the next new episode of Arrow has been released. The episode is called, “Docket No. 11-19-41-73” and it will feature the return of Colin Donnell as Tommy.

In the episode, “The pressure mounts for Oliver (Stephen Amell) who begins to wonder if he will lose everything in his battle to save Star City. A familiar face returns.”
