In her message to fans, Lili expressed how difficult it has been for her when it came to dealing with her cystic acne. She also spoke about how these break outs made her feel and how she dealt with them. She went onto say that she hopes by normalizing her own struggles with her acne it will allow her and others to accept their skin for what it is was, beautiful.
