Freeform Celebrates National Best Friends Day

Freeform is celebrating National Best Friend Day with a sneak peek look at the second season of their hit Summer show, The Bold Type. The premiere is set to take place this coming Tuesday, June 12.

“In honor of the day, Freeform will air interstitials featuring talent from across the network telling stories about their own best friends, tied to the premiere of “The Bold Type.” Additionally, Freeform is partnering with Blushington makeup and beauty lounge to give away free makeovers inspired by the characters of the show.

Freeform has teamed up with artist Violet Clair once again to create “Bold Type” custom walls for the new season. Located in Los Angeles (Melrose Avenue at Fairfax) and Brooklyn (corner of Wyeth and North 10th Street), best friends can take advantage of a perfectly crafted photo op. The network is also creating custom Snapchat filters available in places BFFs may be celebrating together such as nail salons, music venues, beaches, campuses, malls and more.
