Justin Bieber was spotted out and about in New York City yesterday, June 13. The young singer was joined by model and rumored on-again lady, Hailey Baldwin, for the outing.

Justin and Hailey have just arrived to the Big Apple after spending the weekend in Miami for a church conference. Justin and Hailey have been an on and off item for the past few years, but were recently off after she was spotted out with Shawn Mendes. Now it looks as though they may be back to being an item.
