Lucy Hale was spotted grabbing ice cream this past weekend with her new boyfriend, Ryan Rottman. The two were seen chowing down on their ice cream as they left a local shop in Los Angeles this past weekend with a friend.

Lucy and Ryan were first spotted together at the beginning of last month and have kept their relationship pretty much out of the public eye. Hopefully, as the relationship progresses we start to see them out more together.
