Director Niki Caro Shares BTS Image From Disney’s Live Action Mulan
A new behind the scenes photo from the set of Disney’s live action Mulan has been released. Director of the upcoming adaptation, Niki Caro, unveiled the shot in honor of the first day of filming on the movie.
In the upcoming flick, “the eldest daughter of an honored warrior, Hua Mulan is spirited, determined and quick on her feet. When the Emperor issues a decree that one man per family must serve in the Imperial Army, she steps in to take the place of her ailing father as Hua Jun, becoming one of China’s greatest warriors ever.” Mulan will open in theaters in 2020.
