Shay Mitchell and Ashley Tisdale attended the Cultivate Conference in Chicago this past weekend. The young ladies were on hand to sit in on panels, where they discussed their journey from acting to entrepreneurs.

For Ashley, she spoke in-depth about starting her production company Blondie Girl, makeup line, and balancing all of it with her music/acting career. For Shay, she spoke about creating her YouTube channel and lifestyle blog.
