Get Your First Official Look At Brie Larson As Captain Marvel On The Cover Of EW’s New Issue

Brie Larson is on the cover of the new issue of Entertainment Weekly. The young actress is on the outlet’s annual Fall preview issue as her Marvel Cinematic Universe character, Captain Marvel.

Brie will be leading the first female lead superhero film in the MCU as Carol Danvers, aka Captain Marvel. In her new film, Carol will be heading back to earth with her powers already bestowed to her in order to answer questions about her past. These moments will thus lead to the end credit scene in Avengers: Infinity War.

According to Brie, Carol is first and foremost Carol. “She can’t help but be herself. She can be aggressive, and she can have a temper, and she can be a little invasive and in your face. She’s also quick to jump to things, which makes her amazing in battle because she’s the first one out there and doesn’t always wait for orders. But the [not] waiting for orders is, to some, a character flaw.”

Fans will have to wait though to see her in battle. March cannot come soon enough.
