Victoria Justice attended the Rachel Zoe Spring 2019 LA Presentation this past Tuesday, September 4. The star rocked a gold fringe dress as she sat front row for the presentation.

Victoria is back in Los Angeles after spending last week in Bail. Victoria spent her time in the country hanging with elephants, relaxing by the pool and meeting up with Liam Payne.

She looked great this past Tuesday! I love how she chose to style her hair. It is such a great look on her.
