Freeform Gives Pilot Order for Party of Five Reboot

Freeform has officially given a pilot order for the Party of Five reboot! The network announced the news yesterday, September 6.

“The new iteration of “Party of Five” is a modern twist on the original series, following the five Buendías children as they struggle to survive together as a family after their parents are deported to Mexico.”

The show’s original creators, Christopher Keyser and Amy Lippma, will be leading the re-imagining of the new series. Casting is currently underway and production on the pilot will begin this Fall.
