Justin Bieber is singing his love for new wife, Hailey Baldwin. The singer sang his song “Cold Water” to Hailey yesterday, September 18, outside Buckingham Palace in London.

Justin kept things casual in a hooded sweatshirt while serenading Hailey, who was among the crowd who stopped to witness the singer’s romantic declaration.
