Demi Lovato was spotted out and about for the first time since entering rehab earlier this summer. The young singer looked to be in good spirits as she chatted with a local woman this past weekend outside of her facility.

Demi has been off the radar ever since the incident to focus on her mental and physical health. No other details, besides doing good, have been released in regards to Demi, but we will keep you informed as we learn more.
