Jennifer Lawrence Speaks At The Concordia Summit
Jennifer Lawrence attended the Concordia Summit yesterday, September 25, in New York City. The young actress was on hand to speak at the event that helps “build effective public-private partnerships to create a more prosperous and sustainable future.”
During her speech, Jennifer laid out a plan to help “…combat widespread corruption in Washington via lobbies and dark money.” She stated in her speech, “Corruption doesn’t wear a political label and the American people know that. Everybody expects more from their parties no matter the politician or the specific party.” She then went on to explain her plan and how everyone, not just politicians, need to be more involved in order to stop these things from happening.
