The stars were out to shine tonight, October 9 at the 2018 American Music Awards. Taylor Swift opened the show with a performance of her single “I Did Something Bad”.
Laura Marano hosted the red carpet and also presented BTS with “Favorite Social Artist Award”. Chloe x Halle presented Mariah Carey’s performance and Shawn Mendes performed “Lost in Japan”. Shawn also took home an award during the show as well, along with Camila Cabello.
Taylor Swift was the top winner of the night. The young singer took home the awards for “Favorite Tour”, “Pop/Rock Album” and “Artist Of The Year”.
