Miley Cyrus was spotted out and about in Los Angeles yesterday, October 13. The young singer looked to be in good spirits as she did a little shopping with a close friends.

Currently, Miley has been balancing her time between Los Angeles and Nashville while she works on new music. Miley has yet to announce anything in regards to when fans will hear it, but hopefully it is soon.
