Janel Parrish attended the premiere of her new film, Tiger last night, October 27 in Austin, TX. The film was one of many films premiering at the Austin Film Festival.

The star got a little birthday surprise on the carpet as her friends brought balloons to help celebrate her upcoming 30th birthday. The star is set to turn 30 this coming Tuesday, October 30.

She is too cute!
