Tommy Merlyn Returning to the Arrowverse

It looks like Tommy Meryln may be returning to the Arrowverse. Stephen Amell took to his Twitter yesterday, November 1 to share a photo of himself and Colin Donnell on the set of the Arrowverse crossover.
This does not confirm that Colin will be featured in the episode, but it is suspicious that he is in Vancouver while they are filming the three part crossover. Here’s hoping he is indeed in the episode.
