Miley Cyrus was spotted shopping at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront in Cape Town yesterday, November 7. While on her trip, Miley stopped in to Recycled Flip Flop Sculptures where she hung out with the shop’s owner.

Miley has been in Cape Town for the past week. We are still unsure on why the singer is in Cape Town, but hopefully whatever the reason may be she is having fun!
