Niall Horan was spotted out doing a little shopping in Los Angeles today, January 9. The young singer looked to be in good spirits as he joked around with fellow patrons.

Niall has been in the Los Angeles area to work on his upcoming studio album. Niall teased fans with a little snippet of what he has been working on via his Instagram Story yesterday, but has yet to nail down a release date for a new single or album.
