Miley Cyrus has released a cute video to honor the success of her single, “Nothing Breaks Like A Heart”. Shot by her dear friend, Ellen von Unwerth, Miley can be seen in the video with Mark shooting some fun promotional goodies for the single.

Next up for Miley will be a performance of the single on The Ellen Show. She and Mark will be dropping by the date time talk show to perform the song on January 28.
