Billie Lourd attended The 21st CDGA (Costume Designers Guild Awards) last night, February 19 in Los Angeles. Billie was at the event to present an award.

Billie is back in Los Angeles after spending time in Las Vegas with her friends. While in Las Vegas, the group saw Le Reve The Dream Show.
