Elle Fanning Chats Teen Spirit With Billboard Magazine

Elle Fanning sat down with Billboard for a recent interview. The young actress chatted with the music magazine about her new film Teen Spirit. Highlights from the interview are below.

On playing a pop star in Teen Spirit: “I always had this dream of being a pop star. That feeling, like I can just let loose and perform, was so attractive.”

On selling one of the musical scenes in the film: “That’s how I dance in my room. The best performers get lost in themselves. You feel like there’s no barrier between you and them. They know people are watching, but they’re just in it.”
