Miley Cyrus attended Francois Nars’ birthday party in Malibu last night, March 16. Miley hung with Kim Petras, Amanda Lepore and more at the cosmetic brand owner’s surprise bash.

She looked so pretty last night. Her outfit was fantastic and I am loving how she has been styling her hair recently. Now, she just needs to announce her new music and I would be one happy person!
