Liam Hemsworth Covers The New Issue Of GQ Australia
Liam Hemsworth is on the cover of the May/June issue of GQ Australia. The young actor is joined by his adorable doggy, that he shares with wife Miley Cyrus, Mary Jane. Highlights from his interview are below.
On his career: “I’m extremely picky about what I want to do. There’s a lot of stuff that gets made that’s not great. I don’t enjoy the job if I’m doing it for money or for the sake of working. I love movies so I don’t want to make bad ones. I’ve never really regretted not doing something. I feel like I’ve always made the right decision. But there’s been a few over the years that I’ve turned down and then you see it get made and… it was what it was.”
On his relationship with Miley Cyrus: “I was 18 when I met Miley. We really fell in love quickly and had a really strong connection from the beginning and I think in the back of my head I knew it was on the cards, but we weren’t planning to have a wedding anytime soon. Then just going through something this emotional with someone, it brings you closer and we felt like we’d lost a big part of our lives, so we wanted to make a new part of our lives. It was something really good coming out of a horrible situation. It was going to happen eventually, but I think this just sped it up a little bit.”
