Billy Dee Williams, Mark Hamill, and Harrison Ford Make Surprise Appearance at Star Wars: Galaxy Edge Opening

Disneyland officially opened Star Wars: Galaxy Edge last night, May 29 in Anaheim, CA. Disney CEO Bob Iger, George Lucas, Billy Dee Williams, Mark Hamill, and Harrison Ford were all on hand during last night’s ceremony to officially open the new park.

Walt Disney World is currently in the midst of wrapping work on their version of Star Wars: Galaxy Edge. Their version of the park is set to be open on August 29. No word on if the same stars who attended last night’s event will attend the Disney World opening, but we are hoping so!
