Tom Holland helped out a few fans last night, June 24, in New York City. The young actor was heading into the Ed Sullivan Theater ahead of his appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert when things got a little out of hand.
While signing autographs outside the theater, professional autographers began pushing themselves closer to the barricade in order to grab Tom’s signature. As this was going on, a few fans, who were also waiting for Tom, were unsafely pushed into the barricade. Tom, seeing what was occurring, stepped in to help the fans being hurt while also yelling at the grown men to stop what they were doing immediately. After a few moments of back and forth between the star and the men, Tom was able to briefly chat with the fans who were hurt to check to see if they were OK.
I am glad that Tom stepped in to help these fans out.
“It’s okay I got you I got you” @TomHolland1996 🙃
This was absolutely INSANE and should NEVER happen….my neck was literally against the barricade with 30 grown men behind me pushing…. ridiculous how people act like you’re not only endangering fans safety but Toms as well🤯 pic.twitter.com/uey9VVMfBJ— cass ◟̽◞̽ (@NamelessCass) June 24, 2019
