Ariana Grande will apparently no longer star in Ryan Murphy’s upcoming adaptation of The Prom. The young actress was announced as starring in the upcoming creation as Alyssa, but sources are now saying she had to pull out of the production.

According to Billboard, “we’ve learned that it conflicts with her tour schedule and she won’t be involved.” The site does not offer any other details, but this news does come only hours after Ariana announced a whole slew of new tour dates for the end of the year. These tour dates coincide with filming for the Netflix film.
