Caleb McLaughlin Lands New Role
Caleb McLaughlin has landed a new role! The young actor has joined the cast of the indie film, Concrete Cowboys, alongside Idris Elba and Jharrel Jerome, which is being directed by Ricky Staub.
According to Deadline, “Concrete Cowboys follows 15-year-old Cole (McLaughlin) who is taken to live with his estranged father Harp (Elba) in North Philadelphia, where he discovers the city’s vibrant urban cowboy subculture, which flourishes despite the surrounding poverty, violence, and encroachment of gentrification.”
Production will begin on the film later this year.
