Sterling K. Brown and Evan Rachel Wood Join the Cast of Frozen 2
Frozen 2 is one of the most anticipated movies of 2019 and fans were given quite the treat at today’s (August 24) Walt Disney Studios presentation at the D23 Expo. Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad hit the stage to talk about their new movie, but to also perform a brand new song from the movie, “Some Things Never Change”.
The audience got the first listen at two other new songs, “Into the Unknown” which is brought on by Elsa’s yearning for answers about the past and “All is Found”, which is sung by Anna and Elsa’s mother. It was also announced that Sterling K. Brown would be voicing Lieutenant Destin Mattias, and Evan Rachel Wood would voice Queen Iduna, Anna and Elsa’s mother.
In “Frozen 2,” Elsa is grateful her kingdom accepts her and she works hard to be a good queen. Deep down, she wonders why she was born with magical powers. The answers are calling her, but she’ll have to venture far from Arendelle to find them.
Frozen 2 opens on Nov. 22, 2019.
