Sarah Hyland Performs with Jordan McGraw at Madison Square Garden

Sarah Hyland made a surprise appearance during Jordan McGraw’s set last night, August 29. The singer opened for the Jonas Brothers at Madison Square Garden and during his performance of “Met at a Party” he invited Sarah out to perform it with him.

Hyland and McGraw first performed the song together live at the Teen Choice Awards earlier this month. McGraw is set to be onstage at the Garden again tonight, so hopefully Hyland will join him again for the performance. A video of their performance can be found under the jump.
