Oliver Reunites with Some Familiar Faces in New Photos from the Season Premiere of Arrow

Promo photos from the Season 8 premiere of Arrow have been released. The premiere episode is called, “Starling City” and it will air on October 15.

An official synopsis for the episode has yet to be released, but we do know that Colin Donnell (Tommy) and Susanna Thompson (Moira) will be returning in the episode. What causes them to return is still up in the air, but we are assuming it has something to do with Oliver going off with the Monitor.
