Madelaine Petsch Attends the GLSEN Awards

Madelaine Petsch attended the GLSEN Awards in Los Angeles last night, October 25. The Riverdale star and the show’s creator, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, were at the show to accept “Gamechanger” award for their show.

The show has had a number of LGBTQ storylines over the years, including one for Petsch’s character, Cheryl. The character came out in Season 2 and her relationship with Toni Topaz has been a major staple in the show.
