BB Exclusive: China McClain Talks What’s to Come for Jennifer on Black Lightning

Black Lightning’s Jennifer Pierce may be the youngest member in the Pierce family, but she is no where near the weakest. The character not only is dealiing with her growing powers, but her own personal problems that don’t seem to be stopping anytime soon.

China McClain took some time to sit down with BeautifulBallad and other members of the press to talk about how much her character has changed from Season 1 to Season 3. McClain also talked about what’s to come in the “Crisis on Infinite Earths” crossover, what is going to happen between Jennifer and Painkiller, her powers, Jennifer’s relationship with Agent Odell and so much more.

This young woman is also a joy to chat with. She always has so much energy and she has so much love for this character and this show! A brand new episode of Black Lightning will air tonight, November 18 on the CW.
