Check Out the First Image from Ammonite starring Saoirse Ronan and Kate Winslet

The first image from Saorise Ronan’s new film, Ammonite has been released. The new film from writer-director, Francis Lee also stars Kate Winslet.

“Set in a UK coastal town in the 1820s, the drama will follow the unlikely romance between paleontologist Mary Anning and a London woman of means to whom she must unexpectedly play nursemaid.”

The film has no release date yet, but I can only assume that it will make its debut at one of the larger film festivals this year.
