Yara Shahidi attended a performance of The Lion King in New York City yesterday, January 25. The star got the chance to meet the two leads in the musical after the show yesterday.

Yara has been in NYC for the past couple of days working on a variety of different things. From her activism to the new season of grownish, Yara has been attending different events and meeting with different media outlets promoting these things.

I am glad she managed to get some time to herself to see the show!
