Josh Peck to Star in Disney+’s “Turner and Hooch” Remake

Josh Peck is heading to Disney+! The actor is set to headline Disney+’s new series, Turner and Hooch, based on the hit 1989 movie.

“The hour long series revolves around Scott Turner, who is now a U.S. marshal vs. a police detective in the movie, and his dog. When an ambitious, buttoned-up U.S. marshal (Peck) inherits a big unruly dog, he soon realizes the pet he didn’t want may be the partner he needs.”

Peck is set to play Turner, who was played by Tom Hanks in the original film. Production on the series is set to take place later this year.
