Disney Announces New Release Dates for Mulan, Black Widow & More

Disney, 20th Century Studios, and Marvel has released new release dates for their 2020 film slate. Due to concerns surrounding Coronavirus, the two companies have found new dates for their big screen releases.

Mulan, which was slated to be released on March 27, is now slated to open on July 24. Jungle Cruise has been pushed a year to July 30, 2021. Artemis Fowl will now open exclusively on Disney+ later this year.

Now onto Marvel. Black Widow is moving into the Eternals’ spot on November 6. Eternals will now move to February 12, 2021 and Shang-Chi to May 7, 2021. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will now open on November 5, 2021, while Thor: Love And Thunder will move to February 18, 2022. Black Panther 2 is keeping its May 8, 2022 and Captain Marvel 2 is now set for July 8, 2022.

20th Century Studios’ Free Guy goes will now open on December 11 and no new date has been announced for New Mutants.
