Nina Dobrev Shines in New Dior Beauty Lessons Video

A few months ago, we filmed this and if only I knew then what I know now. “The only constant in life is change.” Those words have never rung more true. We’re living through a very unique moment in history, with a lot of change and turbulence. Every day is a new challenge, with ups and downs and I’m doing my best to embrace all this gracefully. I’m really trying. And I have to remind myself that the only thing I can control at this moment is me, how I feel and how I react to things. That doesn’t mean it’s easy, but I’m looking for daily silver linings. Reading a lot. Cooking. Working on my mental health. Connecting with loved ones over FaceTime. Picking up new hobbies at home. Doing my best to adapt. I hope you are too. Stay strong everyone. This too shall [eventually] pass. How will you grow from this experience? @dior

Nina Dobrev has released a new video from her shoot with Dior earlier this year. The video was released to promote their new Capture Totale collection.

To accompany the video, Nina has shared how she is coping since practicing social distance. She ended the post asking her fans “How will you grow from this experience?”. I think this is such a great question to ask because many of us are going through something trying, but we must remember “this too shall pass”. Unfortunately, it will take sometime, but we have to hope that we all will come out stronger on the other side.
