Lucy Hale and Katelyn Tarver Hold Instagram Live

Lucy Hale and Katelyn Tarver met up on Instagram Live today, April 14. The longtime friends were all smiles as they reminisced and laughed at old photos.

Hale and Tarver first met when they were both competitors on American Juniors in 2003. They have been great friends since then attending each others birthday parties and even Katelyn’s wedding.

Yesterday, April 13, Lucy was spotted walking her pooch, Elvis in Los Angeles. You can see photos of the star out yesterday here.
