Demi Lovato Takes On “A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes” in Sneak Peek from “The Disney Family Singalong”

ABC has released a sneak peek at “The Disney Family Singalong” airing tonight, April 16. The sneak peek features Demi Lovato singing “A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes”.

Lovato is set to be joined by Michael Buble during her performance. Other performances include Ariana Grande singing, “I Won’t Say I’m In Love” and the cast of High School Musical reuniting for a performance of “We’re All in this Together”.
