Stars Take Part in YouTube’s Dear Class of 2020 Virtual Event
YouTube hosted its Dear Class of 2020 virtual event today, June 7. Hosted by Barack and Michelle Obama, the event brought stars from all over the Entertainment industry together to celebrate the graduating Class of 2020.
Taylor Swift spoke about missing her own graduation ceremony during the stream. She also encouraged everyone to always expect the unexpected. Camila Cabello took part in FINNEAS Remix’s of U2’s “Beautiful Day”.
Shawn Mendes wished all the seniors a congratulations and Yara Shahidi helped recite Maya Angelou’s “Still I Rise” poem. Chloe x Halle performed their hit single, “Do It” and Demi Lovato shared some words of encouragement for the graduates. Camila Mendes also appeared to give her congrats to the graduating class.
